We've had house rabbits for the last 4 years, and it was a pain to clean the cage and litter box until we stumbled across this little gem of a litter pan. Most rabbit litter pans don't include the grate, and that's the big secret with this one. It's got a nice little locking mechanism that keeps the grate on. The grate works so well because when the rabbits sit on the litter they scatter it around the cage thus making tons of mess all over the place, but since this has the grate on it they can't do that. Simple and easy, plus it's plastic and lasts through many months before needing to be replaced (mostly because it just gets gross rather than falling apart or anything).
